This video goes through making a pizza for the UUNI V3 Pizza Oven. It covers - Stretching the dough - Adding the toppings - Cooking on the UUNI, times etc Once the UUNI is up to temp, it is very easy to catch the pizzas. Learn from a first sacrificial pizza and adjust times to suit. I advise - 45 seconds, turn 180 degrees - 45 seconds, turn 90 degrees - 15 seconds, turn 180 degrees - 15 seconds Check your times and change to suit. Wind direction etc can change the cooking times of the UUNI, so adjust to suit the conditions and pizza dough.
