For a lot of people there is a barrier, and you need to get past it – to be able to get into that subconscious state where everything seems to be stored, and to bring it into the open, so you can work through what’s blocking your development. If you don’t do this, you find yourself going back and forward, back and forward, and not getting anywhere: an endless task, like being on a rocking-chair. Then you find years have gone past, you’re that much older and you haven’t really got any further - it’s so frustrating.
