My recipe for making chocolate chunk rock cakes. Traditionally made with dried fruit I prefer milk chocolate chunks and a dash of vanilla. The ingredients are: 325g self raising flour 175g light brown soft sugar pinch of salt 200g soft butter dash vanilla 1 egg splash of milk Preheat your oven to 170 degrees fan.
