Hems Junction's video: NanKhatai Recipe with without oven Traditional Indian Sweets

Hello & Welcome to my channel 'Hems Junction'! Today, I have come up with the recipe of NanKhatai which I have learnt from my Mom. Do give it a try and let me know in the comments how they turn out. Ingredients: Maida - 1 cup Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup Ghee (soft not melted) - 1/3 cup Baking Soda - 1/4 tsp Baking Powder - 1/8 tsp (2 pinch) Ground Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder) - 1/2 tsp Note: 1. Bake at 180 degrees for around 12-15 minutes in a preheated oven 2. Oven temperature varies for different ovens. So keep a check 3. Make sure to sieve the dry ingredients, especially the powdered sugar so that there are no lumps inorder to get a smooth texture. Hope you like this video. Like, Comment and Share my videos.
