Henry Tang's video: Presidential or diplomatic motorcade North London 17 Sep 2022

I wonder if this motorcade passing through north London this evening is a real one, or if maybe it's a decoy? I see no flags flying on any of the vehicles. Anyone any idea? 🧐🤔 One of the vehicles looks like it could be The Beast and therefore it could be President Biden, but like I said the lack of flags make it look be a decoy. I saw and filmed Trump's Beast vehicle and motorcade driving through the gates at Buckingham Palace a couple of years back and the vehicles in that motorcade were certainly unmistakably flying US flags. The media were reporting a couple of days ago that Joe Biden was to meet UK PM Liz Truss this evening, but that meeting was then cancelled until after the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II and they will meet at the UN in New York next week instead. Could the coaches at the rear be the coach load of other world leaders who weren't allowed to have fancy vehicles take them around everywhere? Filmed by me at 18:10 today, Saturday 17th September 2022. Completely unplanned with no prior intel! I just saw the flashing blue lights coming towards from the police motorcycles heading things up as I emerged from the tube station at Camden Town, so I knew a motorcade or some kind of diplomatic escort was coming up behind. 🙂
