Who else has been enjoying the fireworks over at Battersea this past weekend? I went there on Saturday and Sunday with my camera to get some images. Was on the opposite side of the river to the power station in Pimlico on Saturday but wasn't getting the photos that I was after, even though there was an excellent unobstructed view of the fireworks next the Battersea railway bridge, the fireworks were not appearing to come directly from behind the power station in my frame. After a very congenial conversation with some members of a London photographers Facebook group, I was given a tip off for an ideal location from someone who got some excellent shots on Saturday night. So this then was my vantage point on Sunday for my photo shoot... 🙂
