Heritage Elevators's video: Semi-decommissioned 1972 Lifton hydraulic elevator @ blehaven 11 N rre Aaby Denmark

Unfortunately this elevator has been dissaproved for passenger transport shortly before this video was recorded. Even though it has photocells, WTF. The internal floor buttons did not work for that reason. They had been deactivated by an elevator technician. I was not even supposed to ride this elevator. Some misunderstanding happened and I rode it once in each direction before being informed not to do so anymore. This place is some nursing home and it is planned to be demolished in a few years, so I was told. Not sure if the elevator will be fixed and reapproved for passengers or if it will end its days as a large dumbwaiter. Hopefully the former. Descent to basement happens automatically based on a timer.
