Ingredients 1 cup of dry oats 4 cups of water 1/4 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla 2 tablespoons of syrup dissolved in a little water Method Add all ingredients to a liquidizer Liquidize Strain through cheesecloth or t-shirt for purer milk Strain through a sieve to retain some of the oats Pour in bottle Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
