Ingredients 4 Apples chopped (not peeled) 4 Tablespoons of raisins The rind of two Oranges 1 Tsp Marmite (yeast extract) 1 Tsp of Bicarbonate of soda 2 Tablespoons coconut oil 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 Ripe banana 1 tsp of vanilla 1 tsp baking powder 2 cups all-purpose flour (video states 1 and 3/4), rather make it two 1/2cup of oats pulp from homemade oats milk (see my recipe https://youtu.be/H-Ik-1Z1ox0) Method Soak Apples, raisins, rind, and Marmite in boiling water to cover with bicarb Mix oil and sugar Add vanilla and mix Add banana, mash, and mix Add baking powder, oats and flour and mix Add Apple mixture and mix Pour into two greased bread tins Bake for 1 hour ten minutes at 160C 320F Serve hot with vegan cream or cold with vegan custard Find me here https://www.facebook.com/hhleroux
