Hero家鄉味肉骨茶材料＊豬小排＊鹽巴＊白胡椒粉＊米酒＊酪梨油＊肉骨茶湯包 x2 ＊雞高湯＊水＊大蒜 4顆＊波特貝勒菇＊杏鮑菇＊鴻禧菇＊黑木耳＊青蔥＊萵苣＊香菜沾醬：＊辣椒末＊大蒜末＊老抽＊醬油（生抽）其他配料＊白飯＊鐵觀音（茶）作法： 1. 將豬小排用鹽巴與米酒稍微醃製，再用酪梨油煎香表層，起鍋備用。 2. 將肉骨茶包，所有的菇菌類，大蒜與步驟1煎香的豬小排擺入鍋中，加入雞高湯與水小火燉煮1至1小時半，水滾後可以開始加入老抽，醬油，鹽巴，胡椒調味，燉好關火後再加入青蔥，萵苣與香菜擺盤。 3. 傳統吃法需配上沾醬，白飯，與一壺好茶。
