快速營養早餐 材料: * 鮭魚排 250g * 香菇 2顆 * 洋蔥 4片 * 紅黃橘甜椒 各3片 * 四季豆 三根 * 玉米筍 6根 作法: 1. 預熱烤箱攝氏160度,15分鐘 2. 鮭魚排:將鮭魚排平均塗抹鹽與胡椒粉備用。 3. 將香菇,洋蔥片,彩色甜椒,四季豆與玉米筍與橄欖油,鹽巴與胡椒粉攪拌均勻,與鮭魚排一起送入烤箱,攝氏160度烘烤15分鐘就完成。
