過年期間有時間下廚的話，不妨可以試試這道簡單的年菜，祝賀大家新年快樂！心想事成，恭喜發財，紅包拿來！福如東海，壽比南山，白頭偕老，早生貴子啊！呵呵。。。😄 完整食譜與作法：『檸檬橘香鮭魚排農曆新年特餐』材料馬鈴薯泥馬鈴薯 2顆鹽巴牛奶白胡椒粉香菜末橄欖油蒸煮鮭魚檸檬 1顆老薑絲適量約10g 青花筍 2瓣玉米筍 2根鮭魚排約150g 香菜橘子汁 1杯半橄欖油鹽巴作法：煮一鍋水加入鹽巴將馬鈴薯切塊煮熟，撈起後在平底鍋加入橄欖油，牛奶，香菜末，鹽巴與胡椒粉壓碎攪拌成薯泥備用。將檸檬片，薑絲，青花筍，玉米筍，鮭魚排（先抹鹽巴與胡椒），薑絲與香菜依序擺入鍋子中，淋上現榨的新鮮橘子汁悶煮大約8分鐘。將鮭魚排，青花筍，玉米筍，檸檬片擺盤後，過濾剩下的湯汁加入橄欖油大火濃縮成橘香醬汁淋到鮭魚排上再擺上香菜即可。
