薯餅麥香堡材料：馬鈴薯 1顆胡蘿蔔半根洋蔥半顆香菇 4朵燕麥 1杯半麵粉適量雞蛋 1顆鹽巴適量胡椒適量橄欖油適量鷹嘴豆醬適量作法： 1. 先將馬鈴薯，胡蘿蔔，洋蔥，香菇蒸15分鐘後，放入攪拌機，加入雞蛋胡椒，鹽巴，橄欖油，麵粉打成泥狀。 2. 將混合薯泥揉成圓球狀，在壓成餅狀沾麵粉入鍋煎熟，放置到漢堡包中，抹上鷹嘴豆醬，與萵苣，牛番茄夾成漢堡，完成。
