跨年創意明蝦大餐材料 Ingredients: A 起司焗烤明蝦＊明蝦兩隻＊全麥麵粉少許＊雞蛋 1顆＊鹽巴少許＊白胡椒粉少許＊酪梨油適量＊雙色Mozzarella起司特殊器材：焗烤噴槍 B 紅黎麥主食＊紅黎麥半杯＊洋蔥少許（約30克）＊大蒜少許（約5克）＊全麥麵粉少許＊酪梨油適量＊巴薩米可陳年醋少許 C 配菜＊青花筍兩根＊牛番茄 1顆＊酪梨油作法： 1. 先將半杯紅黎麥加半杯水煮熟，再用平底鍋加入酪梨油炒香大蒜末與洋蔥末，加入紅黎麥拌炒，再加入全麥麵粉使其黏稠化，最後加入巴薩米可陳年醋調味即可。 2. 將青花筍拌入少許酪梨油，在與牛番茄一同入蒸鍋蒸15分鐘，備做擺盤用。 3. 將明蝦從頭部到背部輕劃一刀成蝴蝶狀，洗淨後用鹽巴胡椒調味，灑上全麥麵粉，沾抹打散的全蛋汁液，入鍋用橄欖油煎熟，擺盤後舖上上色起司，用焗烤噴槍噴10秒即可。
