牛肝菌燉飯附雞蛋豆腐燉飯材料：＊牛肝菌燉飯乾燥包＊胡蘿蔔 20g ＊香菜少許＊水 1杯＊牛奶 2杯＊雞高湯 1杯＊鹽巴＊胡椒＊橄欖油雞蛋豆腐材料：＊雞蛋豆腐＊橄欖油＊鹽巴作法： 1. 將乾燥過的燉飯包先用油炒香，在加入清水一杯，等待湯汁快被收乾後，再加入雞高湯杯，湯汁快被收乾後再加入牛奶蓋上鍋蓋燜煮至米粒熟透，開鍋後加入胡蘿蔔絲拌炒，最後再適量用牛奶調整濃稠度，與用鹽巴胡椒粉來調味。 2. 先熱鍋熱油後，把雞蛋豆腐片放到鍋中煎煮，起鍋備用。 3. 將燉飯擺盤，雞蛋豆腐片置於上端，最後再加上少許香菜片。
