You can have these cookies warm with some milk or even store these cookies in air tight containers & enjoy later! Brown sugar adds moisture to cookies & to make these cookies eggless, Chia Seeds are the best substitute. Just a tbsp of crushed chia seeds mixed with 3 tbsp of water & rest it for 5 minutes & then mix and use this thick mixture. Also, you can use any types of chocolate of your choice.
