This recipe " Aloo Posto " is so simple & quick to make & there is no onions or garlic used in it. It's a Bengali dish with very less ingredients & totally relies on The flavour of nigella & poppy seeds. So easy to make & very delicious. Usually they serve with Rice, but I like it with rotis too.
