Try this Quick & Easy Veggie Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce recipe . We made this pasta in red sauce with veggies & lots of cheese in it. Try this simple & easy to make pasta at home. Ingredients: Spaghetti - A handful around 125 gms Olive Oil - 1 Tbsp Garlic - 2-3 cloves Onion - 1 Carrot - 1 Tomatoes - 4 Dry rosemary leaves - 1tsp Dry Basil leaves - 1/2 tsp Oregano - 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp Birds eye chilli - 2 ( If you don't have this, you can add red chilli powder after you add tomato puree ) Parsley ( if you don't have this, add fresh Coriander if you want) Mozzarella cheese ( optional ) Parmesan cheese.
