Ingredients: Fusilli pasta - 1 cup Tomatoes- 3small Tomato ketchup- 1/2Tbsp Garlic- 2 small cloves Birds Eye Chilli- 2 Oregano-1/2tsp Chilli Flakes-1/2tsp Fresh Basil-1/2tsp Dry Basil-1/2tsp Olive Oil- 2-3 tsp Salt- as per taste Mozzarella - 1 spoon ( as per you need) Parmesan cheese- for garnishing I am using here Fusilli Pasta, you can use any type of Pasta you like Penne, Farfalle or any & the recipe for the red sauce remains the same. Also if you don't have Birds Eye Chilli, it's fine, you can use red chilli powder instead. Also, you can opt to either add Fresh Basil or Dry Basil, I like both, so I add the combination of both.
