Hey Danjo's video: ISTANBUL: 3 ICONIC places YOU HAVE TO SEE SO much HISTORY

Hey everybody! So I finally got around to editing this footage from my quick layover in Istanbul. Quick backstory, this was in the end of May 2018. I was en route to Italy to see Lauren whom I'd not seen in a year and I had an extra long 11 hour layover in Istanbul because it was a cheaper flight. I arrived and met with my driver Safyi immediately. He just came up to me in the airport, I hadn't booked him before. he told me about where he would take me and there was a moment where I wasn't sure if he was just trying to scam me or rob me. we moved through the airport and it seemed like we were going through doors that no one else was going to. but he had access, so i guess it was fine right? We got to his car and I was still a little nervous, he showed me his badges and license and that helped but once he started showing me around and telling me about the history of Istanbul I relaxed and enjoyed the tour. Safyi really knew his stuff and knew where to take me to get the most out of my quick trip. I believe I paid something like 120 Euro for him to take me around anywhere I wanted. The next few hours would be a whirlwind trip to see as much as possible and to get a quick taste for some local cuisine. We visited a famous cafe, Namli, where I had an amazing breakfast. then over to the watery border between Asia and Europe, the Bosporus Strait. I also got a chance to explore the Blue Mosque and The Hagia Sophia. It was wild and I hope you enjoy this quick adventure.
