As the countdown to the 2019/2020 academic year draws near, there's growing uncertainty as to whether schools will effectively open its doors in the restive two English speaking regions of Cameroon. There's no gainsaying that education has witnessed a hiccup in the Northwest and Southwest regions of Cameroon for the past three years. As the new academic year draws to a close, there's growing trumpeting for schools to be effective once again.
