High Def Helmet's video: Early Morning Structure Fire

April 2012 - Jacksonville, Florida Firefighters were notified from passersby on I-95 of a house on fire. After a short search through the neighborhood, firefighters found a single story house with heavy smoke & fire showing from the rear. The initial Engine Co made an interior attack while Ladder Co's opened the rear of the home. After a few minutes crews were called out of the house & a defensive attack was made to extingush the home. One of the interior firefighters was treated for minor burns from the intensity of the fire. Primary search found the house was empty and JFRD had the fire under control in about 30 min.
