WingX Pro7's ChartTouch technology enables pilots to simply tap on a fix or VOR on an approach chart and add that point to the route. ChartTouch is therefore incredibly useful for IFR pilots who want to minimize heads-down as much as possible. Because ChartTouch eliminates the possibility of typos which are common when entering fix names, ChartTouch significantly reduces the possibility of errors and frustration. A current Geo-Ref subscription is required for ChartTouch. Note: In the video we say that WingX Pro7 Version 6.9.3 (with chart scaling) will be available in May 2003 - we of course meant May 2013. ChartTouch was introduced many months ago prior to Version 6.9.3.
