Shimla-A large number of people have asked us to highlight the poor state of Shimla's New ISBT at Tutikandi. Poor or no rainwater drainage and leakage from ceiling have been causing huge inconvenience to the public and shopkeepers. Pools of accumulated water in both lanes could be seen. It's in the same condition since the commissioning, and repeated complaints haven't bothered the administration. Is this what has to offer in Rs. 80 of public tax money?
