Sanjay Shah, a resident of Bihar, alleged that he had tested positive on April 24, 2021, at the Indira Gandhi Medical College. He was referred to the DDU Covid-care hospital where he remained admitted for 11 days. The doctors at the DDU discharged him after 11 days and referred him to the Ayurvedic covid-care hospital. Through a fellow patient, he recorded a video explaining his complaint and shared it with Himachal Watcher. He alleged that he is being asked to arrange expensive medicine from private medical stores. He said an acquaintance of his borrowed money and arranged the said medicines.
