Yesterday, Chief Minister Jairam Thakur addressed the people regarding the COVID-19 situation, which has now become alarming. He briefed the people on guidelines for residents returning from other states to Himachal Pradesh. He said such persons must follow home isolation protocol and asked them to ensure bringing a COVID-19 negative report (RT-PCR). He also asked them to inform representatives of their local bodies and health staff regarding their return and COVID-19 status.
