A drunk tourist on Friday night created a ruckus at the Dhali Tunnel, Shimla. The tourist was seen creating a scene, lying down on the road, and blocking the traffic for nearly 30 minutes. When the police tried to intervene, the tourist brawled with the policemen and even slapped an ASI. He was taken to the police station.
