ਚੰਗਾਲੀਵਾਲਾ (ਸੰਗਰੂਰ) ਦੇ ਦਲਿਤ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਜਗਮੇਲ ਸਿੰਘ (37) ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਲੋਕਾਂ ’ਚ ਡਾਢਾ ਰੋਹ ਤੇ ਰੋਸ ਜਗਮੇਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਉੱਤੇ ਢਾਹੇ ਗਏ ਅਥਾਹ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਅੱਜ ਦਲਿਤਾਂ ਨੇ ਲਹਿਰਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਸੁਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਸੜਕ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਮ ਮੁਜ਼ਾਹਰਾਕਾਰੀ ਪੀੜਤ ਦਲਿਤ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੁੰ 25 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਮੁਆਵਜ਼ਾ ਦੇਣ ਜਗਮੇਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਵਿਧਵਾ ਨੂੰ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ ਲਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਜਗਮੇਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਸਨਿੱਚਰਵਾਰ ਤੜਕੇ ਚਾਰ ਵਜੇ ਪੀਜੀਆਈ ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ’ਚ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਬੀਤੀ 7 ਨਵੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਰ ਜਣਿਆਂ ਹੱਥੋਂ ਅਣਮਨੁੱਖੀ ਤਸ਼ੱਦਦ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਰ ਹੋਣਾ ਪਿਆ ਸੀ।
