Penolong pengarah (operasi) Jabatan Bomba dan Penyelamat Selangor, Hafisham Mohd Noor berkata, empat balai bomba bertindak balas terhadap kebakaran kira-kira jam 5.21 petang. "Api terkawal pada pukul 8.01 malam. "Tidak ada mangsa," katanya, sambil menambah bahawa kebakaran merosakkan sekitar 50% kilang.
