http//hockeyot.com 1 Foot Skater Squat with Upper Body Drives Method: 1) Start on one foot with dumbells in each hand and squat down while the other leg reaches back behind body until that knee almost touches the floor while you reach the dumbells forward 2) Return to the starting position while pulling the dumbells back towards the chest 3) the 2nd squat position requires you to start with the dumbell on the same side as the foot that is on the ground forward and as you squat down you pull that dumbell in towards the chest as the other dumbell reaches across the body on a 45 degree plane and then return to the starting position 4) The 3rd squat position starts with the opposite dumbell forward and as you squat that dumbell gets pulled in towards the chest as the other dumbell reaches inside to a 45 degree plane towards the side of the leg that is reaching back in the air and then return to the starting position http://hockeyot.com
