UNDERWATER BREATH HOLD UNDERWATER HANDSTAND UNDERWATER SWIMMING in this video I am doing a longer underwater breath hold than in the previous video, I am swimming in the waves, playing with the floating hoop (or whatever that yellow thing is if you know what it is called please let me know) and practicing handstands. I find underwater handstands difficult because the nose clip kept falling so I couldn't use it and I couldn't breath hold properly and kept getting water up my nose so I had to hold my nose with one hand and hand stand in one hand which made things more difficult but I had fun and that's the most important part right?
