Answering your requests - some of you asked me for more underwater meditation and yoga videos so tadaaa I would like to present to you this underwater swimming video from Constanta, Romania in which I hold my breath underwater to do underwater meditation and yoga. The underwater breath hold attempt from this video was a peaceful one - it is way easier to do underwater breath holding while you are relaxed and you guys know that I practice yoga and meditation on the regular so doing it underwater only made sense.
