In my area of Central Pennsylvania we have a ton of Free-Living Caddis. This Czech nymph style pattern makes for a great imitation of the green caddis that live in my local streams. Caddis larva make up a large portion of the trouts diet which make them the perfect insect to imitate. Another great thing about this pattern is how easy it is to tie. The easier it is to tie the harder I seem to fish it. Like I say in almost all of my videos, tie this pattern smaller and in different colors.
