We don't pay state tax here so that attracts companies from across the country as well as globally, Port of Miami just expanded to allow for the mega-cargo ships which makes us the key gateway import and export to south america, north america and europe. and let's not forget the all aboard florida high speed train that will connect orlando, west palm, fort lauderdale to miami.
