Leg rotations helps strengthen these muscles groups to avoid such problems. Benefits: • Prevents knee, lower back, hip, and iliotibial problems • Strengthens inner and outer thigh muscles • Provides relief from edema Exercise Technique: 1. To begin, warm-up by marching on the spot. Warming up is important to avoid injuries. 2. Lie down on your left side and make sure you body is in a straight line 3. You can keep your left leg bent at the knee for torso stability. Slowly, raise your leg & make full arc clockwise circle with your right leg. 4. Do this 8 times. 5. Slowly revert back to starting position. 6. Next, raise & make a full arc anti-clockwise circle with your right leg 7. Again, repeat it 8 times. 8. You have to repeat the steps with the other leg too. 9. Slowly, you will begin to gain strength in your muscles. As you gain strength, you can add weight bands to ankles. Warning signs: • Abdominal discomfort • Dizziness • Leaking fluid or bleeding from the vagina Tips: • Avoid doing it on an empty stomach
