Join me in search of a big Tench at Rocklands Mere Fishery.This was an old peat mere they dug out in the 1940s with dark dark coloured water giving the tench a real dark green colour . the owner established the 1 acre lake/pond into a respectable fishery stocked with Cruician's Tench Perch and Roach. Join me on a short morning to tea time session using float and ledger tactics to tempt out a some green monsters.
