A book about the guys behind id Software. How they found each other and made first person shooters a thing. From growing up in the 80s to making classics like Wolfenstein 3D, Doom and Quake. I used DOSBox to capture the game footage in this video. DOSBox is free, and allows you to run old DOS programs on modern operating systems. Including the shareware versions of Doom and Quake. Which are freely available on the internet.
