This is your classic egg drop soup recipe so I didn't add any garnish, but feel free to add whatever you wish. Try out this video and enjoy this easy egg drop soup recipe when you're finished! Egg Drop Soup Ingredients: 3 cups chicken broth 1.5 tablespoons corn starch 2 eggs 1 tablespoon soy sauce (optional) Crack 2 eggs and whisk. Simmer chicken broth in medium heat until it starts to boil. Mix corn starch with about 2 tablespoons of broth (or just water). Pour corn starch mixture into chicken broth and stir. With heat set to low, slowly add whisked eggs. Make sure to constantly stir as you pour. Once all your egg is poured in turn off the heat. Top with chopped green onions (optional). Serve immediately.
