Easy Homemade Vegetable Soup – Packed with Flavor! 🌶️🥕 Craving something warm, cozy, and healthy? This homemade vegetable soup is perfect for chilly days or anytime you want a nourishing meal packed with fresh flavors! Made with wholesome ingredients like celery, red onion, carrots, sweet pepper, and ginger, this veggie soup is both easy to make and incredibly delicious. It's a quick, nutrient-rich recipe that will leave you feeling satisfied without weighing you down. Try this simple yet flavorful soup recipe and enjoy a bowl of goodness at home! Ingredients: 1-2 stalks celery, chopped 1/2 red onion, diced 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced 3-4 carrot slices, chopped 1 sweet pepper, diced 1 tbsp garlic, minced 2 cups chicken broth (or vegetable broth for a vegetarian option) 1 cup water Black pepper, to taste Cayenne pepper, to taste Instructions: Start by sautéing the celery, red onion, and ginger in a large pot over medium heat until they begin to soften. Add the carrots, sweet pepper, and garlic, and cook for an additional 5 minutes. Pour in the chicken broth and water, and bring the soup to a simmer. Season with black pepper and cayenne pepper to taste. Let the soup cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Serve warm, garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and enjoy!
