Four-Spice Salmon Rub This is a salmon recipe baked to perfection! Anyone wanting to learn how to cook salmon will enjoy the flavor and ease of this combo. It is a 4 spice salmon rub that uses ingredients you can easily find in your cupboard or pantry. Don't feel limited to these ingredients. If you want some variety for your roasted salmon recipe, then be adventurous in YOUR choice of spices...you won't go wrong however you choose. You may find your own best fish rub recipe of all time. Ingredients: 3 tablespoons brown sugar 1 tablespoon chili powder 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin Seasoning salt Cooking oil Mix brown sugar, chili powder, and cumin in a bowl. Rub salmon with cooking oil of your choice. Cover salmon with your seasoning rub. Sprinkle top with salt. Bake for 25 minutes at 325°F Remove, serve, and enjoy!
