व्रत मे बनाए बिना टमाटर, प्याज और लहसुन के पूरी वाले आलू की सब्जी। No Tomato Vrat Wale Aloo ki Sabji. Here's a simple recipe for Aloo ki Sabji (Potato Curry) that you can enjoy with poori, without using tomatoes or onions or garlic - no tomato no onion no garlic aloo ki sabji. Here is a recipe for aloo ki sabzi for poori without tomato or onion:
Ingredients:
3 medium-sized potatoes, boiled
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1-inch piece of ginger, chopped
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon kasuri methi
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 lemon
Instructions:
boil the potatoes and peel off the skin. 1 boiled potato mash i to a paste consistency and 2 potatoes mash in meium to small sizes and keep aside.
Heat oil in a deep pan or kadhai over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
Add the chopped green chilies, grated ginger, and Sauté for a minute
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and mix on low heat for 15 seonds
add littele water and mix masala well then add 1 cup water
Add mashed potato paste to the pan and mix well, coating them with the spices and which makes the gravy thick.
Add remaining potatoes and mix well and boil for about 1 minute
Now add kasuri methii and salt over the potatoes. Mix everything together until the potatoes are evenly coated with the spices.
Reduce the heat to low and cover the pan with a lid. Let the potatoes cook for about 2 minutes
Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
Add lemon juice
Your Aloo ki Sabji is ready to be served with hot pooris. Enjoy your meal!
