Yet another render of this scene, attempting to fix some lingering issues! Music by Bastien Boiton - the intro will be re-worked. Revisions: Added a bounce light enhancement pass Tuned the asteroid impacts Re-timed a bunch of the lightning effects Added more sparky impacts as the b-wings fly through the ring at a distance Tweaked the asteroid textures Tweaked the Aurora Re-rendered at 1440p Remaining errors: Still getting some random mesh flickering on the rings - not sure how to fix that, have *some* ideas Add in the pilots As always this is rendered in 3DSMax 2021, using VRay Next Ver5 GPU. I'm using dual TITAN RTXs in one box, and a 3090 RTX in the other.. Render times between 46s and 2m25s per frame, with about .5s-1s for post effects application per frame. Post in After Effects, using Sapphire by BorisFX for the lens flares.
