"The equipment provided by Howden today hasn't faulted, it's run seamlessly without any unplanned outages or issues following that commissioning process, final reports from the electrician's and the fitters and the ventilation officer on site they're very happy and pleased with the installation. We have our electrical engineers and mechanical engineers always there to help support customer for any sort of questions they are asking if you have to send someone on site for any emergency breakdown there's always people available from Howden they can go out and help customer any sort of day-to-day operational issues. So from my interaction with the Howden electrical guys; professionalism, flexibility, put in a lot of effort and followed everything through, very very good at providing answers back, and I think that's reinforced by the end-to-end product that we got. So they were really good to work with."
