My name is Shahrul Hazimi Muhamed Yusof the mechanical section head in Tanjung Bin Unit 4 Power Plant. Three years in operation, 1,000 Megawatt, ultra super-critical power plant. My name is Derrick Tan, I'm the country manager for Howden in Malaysia. Tanjung Bin IV is one of the most efficient power plants in our region, nearly 2 million households rely on them. There is a total of 8 fans we have on site, 6 of them are the draught fans for the boilers, and 2 for the FGD booster fans. The challenge in the coming two or three years in managing the plant is of course to maintain the level of reliability. Howden can help us achieve high reliability, because Howden fans installed in Tanjung Bin Unit IV are very very critical, and that is where we need Howden in terms of complimenting our knowledge. We only see this unit, that we own, whereby the knowledge that Howden have from the many units that they have installed around the world is brought back to T4 to share with us, and that is kind of the part that we are looking for from Howden. Tanjung Bin, they are one of our key customers, we need to keep a close relationship with them, for example this year when we went in to do the overhaul for 45 days shutdown window, to make sure that we overhaul the fans and everything we get running again. We were given turnkey responsibilities, provided the local manpower, spare parts, the field service engineers and also the workshop. Our first minor overhaul in Tanjung Bin Power Plant IV, and we managed to get Howden to come in and join us as part of the ID fan Hub overhaul work. The challenge, the time constraint, that was the first experience for us for a hub overhaul, we were a bit nervous, but the experience that Howden brought helped. After the commissioning, we handed over to operations side, they have no complaints with the performance so far so that really was a good experience with Howden. In fact they are ready 24 hours for help, so that we can be proactive in trying to avoid unnecessary breakdowns. With the partnership that we have with Tanjung Bin, we will continue to be in communication and give our best support to them. Our experience so far, we are happy with how Howden can hep us, we would recommend Howden to the other users within the country, the power plants operators, based on our good experiences we have so far with Howden.
