Howfinity's video: How to Pre-assign Zoom Breakout Rooms

Zoom allows you to pre-assign zoom breakout rooms before schedule or starting a meeting. This is great for classrooms or work meetings that require two or more rooms for different groups. You can only do this on the zoom website at zoom.us. It won't be available on the Zoom apps. A useful setting during pre-assigning breakout rooms is the ability to upload a CVS or Excel sheet with room names and participants' names and allow zoom to automatically create the breakout rooms and assign participants to those rooms.
