Зінов'євську (тепер м. Кіровоград). Розпочав свою карєру кіноактора в серединi 50-их рокiв у київськiй кіностудії в фiльмах «Триста років тому...» i «Кривавий світанок». З 1972 по 1994 р. працював на радіостанції «Свобода». Мешкає у Франції. Автор книги спогадів "Чотири життя Юліана Панича, або Колесо щастя". In this first part of a video interview given to Bohdan Nahaylo on 8 September 2013 in Conde-sur-Vegre in France the famous Russian actor and director Yulian Panich reminisces about the beginning of his career as a film actor in the Kyiv Film Studio in the mid 1950s.
