Unfortunately, they all got screwed over by Hollywood executives who stole their ideas and left them broke. So by the late 50's there is a monster underclass fairly well-established in the shadow of Hollywood. Renfield ( the bug-eating sycophant from Dracula ) and Igor (Dr. Frankenstein's bumbling assistant) are private detectives fighting to protect the monsters that have no one else to protect them. A tongue-in-cheek detective tale - it's pure noir, but all the femme fatales are zombies, the gangsters little green men and the most dangerous monsters of all are humans.
