ElectroMoto's video: Someone tried to steal my boat

This boat was given to me and 2 buddies. It was abandoned on the Destin Harbor for about 3 years. Me and 2 buddies were able to track down the last registered owners and were able to get them to sign us over the papers. While waiting for the papers to come in the mail 2 guys decided to hook to our boat and TRY and take it to the salvage yard to get the lead. They claim that the FWC contracted them to tow the boat yet after doing some research i found out that no authorization was given by the FWC, the coast guard, or local law... these guys made a huge mess of my boat. they de masted both masts and abandoned tow because the sail boat was too much for the boat they were towing with and now its hard aground on a sandbar.
