I BUILT THE 1st DRIVERLESS ai LEXUS RX350. 5 months ago I started this project to hack and program my car to drive alone- as a fully autonomous vehicle. This project uses 3rd party electronics to disable the built in Toyota safety system and take full control of the vehicle. Using a cell phone and developing a program based around CommaAI Openpilot, my vehicle is now able to remotely engage and use artificial intelligence to detect the presence of objects, roads & utilize maps to navigate. This took place on a closed course with multiple redundancies in safety. Do not attempt this- my vehicle and this system have been heavily modified.
