Complete Blood Checkup When was the last time you got a health checkup done? Consult your doctor and get a complete blood test for all vitamins/mineral/hormonal levels. Most people are deficient in one of these - Vitamin D, B12, Iron - causing daily poor quality life. 2. Start supplementing According to deficiencies, if any & with medical advice. Some supplements need to be taken at regular intervals even if you dont have deficiencies, just to maintain good healthy levels - like Vitamin D3 and Omega3. Most people would also benefit from Magnesium supplementation. 3. Fix your sleep! Nothing will help if this is not in place. Sleep early and on time. Have a fixed wakeup time. Sleep 8 hrs.
